You might want to check the "Run Hysplit" shortcut by following the last paragraph of Step 3 at https://www.ready.noaa.gov/documents/Tu ... l_win.html. Use the shortcut to start HYSPLIT. It appears that *.tcl files are associated with Photoshop on your computer and this is probably causing the issue.
