I'm generating a subset of GFS-Op50 metdata using the GRIBFilter site. The file produced (eg. gdas.t12z.pgrb2.Op25) I present to HYSPLIT to the WRF-ARW menu for output in ARL format. The reading and the processing run without problems but a ARW.... file is not generated. How can I resolve this issue? I'm using a MACOS system.
